What makes a good entry?

Three kinds of thing: clinical MCQs (vignette + A–E options + answer + explanation, ideally citing a Canadian guideline), decision cases (a case + a menu of options each marked good / over-ordering / harmful + why), and pre-clinical items (basic-science MCQs for years 1–2). Use Canadian guidelines, not US. Original content only.
